How does it work?
We start by asking recruited subjects to complete a series of pre-defined tasks, configured to understand their online behaviour. The market-leading technology we use automatically tracks and records just about everything they do. We also ask intent, profile and behavioural questions throughout each study, along with questions to understand a subject’s specific behaviour during a task.
We capture:
- pages visited
- actual navigation pathways
- all clicks on every page they've visited
- typed information (on search engines, forms, fields, etc)
- time spent on page and on each task
- all responses to survey questions.
The enormous amount of data gathered from hundreds of users is quickly translated into an easy to read dashboard reports containing charts, user comments and diagrams. These include:
